The AS Green Marine digitalisation roadmap is the company’s three-year strategic document that identifies digitalisation bottlenecks, the investments required and their impact on the company’s financial results.
The roadmap was drawn up with the support of the Enterprise and Innovation Foundation in cooperation with external experts. In the course of the project, the company’s work processes, supply chain and data flows were mapped and a prioritised action plan was drawn up.
The company operates in a field where accurate accounting and reporting of waste data flows is of critical importance. From 01.01.2027, real-time data exchange with the national waste reporting information system PISTRIK must be ensured, which requires data to be generated and moved automatically in machine-readable form directly from work processes.
At the heart of the roadmap is a digital waste-data solution that enables automated collection and transmission of data across the entire value chain, reduces manual work and improves data quality.
The completed roadmap forms the basis for implementing the company’s digitalisation and for planning further development projects.
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund in the amount of 6,500 euros.
